Women's Circle Retreat: Shadow and Light Within me

This retreat has been carefully designed to help women explore both their shadow and light within.

After two years facilitating women's circle this year, I began expanding my expertise through advanced coaching certification that embrace the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from my studies as a Coach at the Carl Jungian School and my experience as a women's circle facilitator, I recognised the deep needs emerging in each circle. This inspired me to create a dedicated day for profound inner work, allowing us to go deep together.

In this a safe and supportive environment, each woman will have the opportunity to engage in deep self-exploration through group therapy. This journey requires self-reflection, introspection, and the willingness to explore the depths of the unconscious within the circle.
